Trader Joe’s 59th Street Trip

Our local Trader Joe’s at 72nd and Broadway closed for major store renovation on May 17th.
The closure includes replacing the escalators and a new design to improve the flow of the store!
This project will take several months. So, where will you shop for your favorite Trader Joe’s products? Don’t worry, we got you!
To help during this time we will be running TWO trips each month to Trader Joe’s on East 59th Street. To those of you who have been there you can attest that it is a very interesting space – under the Ed Koch / 59th Street Bridge.
We can accommodate older adults and their caregivers – up to 10 riders on the van but you must contact our office to reserve your seat.
Please note that Congestion Pricing (the toll for going below 60th street) will be applied and we may collect $1-2 per person. Join us!
