Lincoln House Outreach is one of the first Naturally Occurring Retirement Communities (NORC) in New York City. We aim to bring together all generations in the 303 West 66th Street co-op building where we are located with a main focus on our senior residents. Our licensed social workers are here to help seniors age in place with independence and dignity. We can help bring many services like visiting doctors or home delivered meals to you so you can stay safely at home. We have a host of trips, lectures, and classes to keep you active and engaged. Our HIICAP trained Medicare counselor is available by appointments most Mondays - call for an appointment. Few buildings in the City have these services available to their residents!
